They call me The SOB — Son of a Broker. And honestly, I wouldn't have it any other way. Real estate isn't just what I do. It's part of who I am. Growing up, I watched my family help people navigate important life transitions through real estate. I saw families achieve their dreams of homeownership, investors build wealth, and sellers create new opportunities for the next chapter of their lives. Those experiences inspired me to begin my own real estate career in 1989.

Craig Lerch is a Pennsylvania real estate broker with more than 35 years of experience, over 4,000 transactions closed, and a career built on helping families navigate major life transitions. Licensed as a broker in Pennsylvania (AB060964L) and affiliated with EXP Realty LLC, Craig has served Montgomery County, Bucks County, Philadelphia County, Chester County, and Delaware County since 1989 — a five-county footprint covering all of Southeastern Pennsylvania with transactions ranging from $250,000 to over $5,000,000.

What started as a passion quickly became a mission. I realized that real estate is about much more than properties and transactions. It's about changing lives, helping people make money, building financial freedom, and creating opportunities that can impact generations. Along the way, I discovered something else: the process can and should be enjoyable.

In 2001, I opened my own boutique brokerage to provide a higher level of service and advocacy for my clients. Today, after helping more than 4,000 clients buy, sell, and invest in real estate across 5 Pennsylvania counties, I still approach every opportunity with the same energy and excitement that drew me to the business decades ago. I've spoken to audiences of more than 10,000 people on the topics of change, growth, and real estate strategy.
